We have invested heavily as a company in Robotics and Automation. The latest acquisition is our 34 pallet MORI SEIKI NMV1500 5 axis mill. This equipment has the ability to inspect each part while on the machine. This mill is also equipped with a 20,000rpm spindle reducing run times significantly.
All CMM's are fully programmable to allow for SPC inspection during production lots to assure drawing requirements are met on all parts of a production lot.
